So, many of you may have seen this image somewhere on the net. After this photo was taken and published in the Herald Sun newspaper and website, it found it's way to Tumblr and snowballed from there to meme websites etc...

I'm happy to share my story that goes with this photo.

At Supernova pop culture expo 2011 the two headliners who were attending the con were Simon Peg and Nick Frost (who were down advertising for Paul) so the con was extremely busy! Thousands of people rocked up to try and meet them. Because of how many people wanted to meet them they had a raffle system and only selected color tickets were luckily to meet and get a free signatures from them. And naturally all of this attracted media attention.

So all of this is going on and I'm wandering around this con and this guy with a HUGE camera came running up to me and said "I've been looking everywhere for you" as he was gasping for air.
I was like 'Huh?" it was the only thing going through my mind at that point, until he explained that his a photographer for the Herald Sun newspaper and he has a huge group of Disney princesses that have been waiting ages in the carpark to get there photo in the paper. And that he has a really good idea!

So I followed him to the Carpark and took me over to meet the Princesses (trust me I truly felt how I look in this pic lol) and he said "ok girls, I want you to run after jack. Look like you want to tear him apart! and... GO!" So I ran. This was my moment to run properly like Jack! It was awesome!! This happened another 2 or 3 times until everyone was over it. Can you imagine the risk damaging a beautiful hand made ball gown? and running in heels! No thanks. But honestly the girls were amazing and to date the best Australian con so far.

Now we're immortalized in this photo.
