For a while now I've had the idea to go back to basics with the whole 'Jack Sparrow' thing, the question I asked myself is what is the true essence of the character and what made people fall in love with him? The only thing I could think of is 'Curse of the Black Pearl'. I mean, as far as the series goes it's the most loved, everything was going for it. Hello boys and girls... or whatever? A long time coming indeed. Finally, I have decided to take the voyage over to Deviant Art. Some of you may have seen me around at Australian cons, I've been cosplaying since 2009 and debuted Jack in 2010 - and continued cosplaying him ever since.
